"Awesome Arms, Abs and Assets" and "Spin, Step and Stability ball Sculpt"
This class is very athletic in nature with simple choreography such as knees up, hamstring curls, mambos, V-step, grapevine and
kickboxing moves. Classes with the stability ball can be dialled down for beginners or amped up for intermediate/advanced. The stability ball really helps work and strengthen the core. The instructor will alternate a cardio track
with doing weights (things like bicep curls with a lunge or a pile squat with a triceps overhead extension).
Happiness is not a matter of intensity but of balance, order, rhythm and harmony. The path of internal purification consists of
eight spiritual practices which will be taught throughout the session. This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with
a progressive series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies
muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind. A challenging class where
modifications will be offered and all fitness levels are welcome.
